It’s a hat. It’ll fit. Unless you’ve got a massive head! In which case, hopefully you’re putting that big brain to good use. Like browsing the rest of the store. :D

Each hat is individually bleached and treated by hand. To preserve its colour, shape and fit, we strongly recommend avoiding washing unless necessary.

If cleaning is required:

• Spot clean wherever possible.
• If washing is unavoidable, hand wash gently in cold water only.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
• Air dry naturally and reshape while damp.
• Avoid prolonged soaking.

Please note: Due to the materials and treatment process, some shrinkage may occur when exposed to water or heat. Keep this in mind when washing.

For the longest life: wear it, beat it up, make it yours, just don't wash it unless you have to.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please have your order number handy.

CHANGE OF MIND

Wrong size, changed your mind, or just not quite what you expectedduct offer ore credit..

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. If you're exchanging an item, we'll cover the cost of sending the replacement back to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

CUSTOM & HAND-BLEACHED ITEMS

Due to the individually handmade nature of our custom and hand-bleached pieces, variations in colour, pattern and finish are expected and are not considered faults. No two pieces are exactly the same, that's the point.

Personalised or customised items, including hats with custom under-brim messages, cannot be returned for change of mind.
