If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, need a different size, or the product has a defect, you may return the item/s within 14 business days, in its original condition for an exchange or store credit.

 *A full refund is only offered to products with manufacturing defects.

​To start a return, please email duzhvug@gmail.com with your full name, order number, reason for return and any photos of the item if applicable. From there we will instruct you further on how to return your item. Items sent back to us with no prior email will not be accepted.

​Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping your item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
